Returns/Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that the size you are looking to exchange to is in stock and available. If the size you are looking to exchange to is not available you will be offered the option of another colour or a refund. 

Return shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be at the customers expense.

In the result of damage to your item please reach out to megan@valkyriecollection.ca to explain what is wrong with your piece. Any problems regarding damage will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
